For ready-made (in-stock) items, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
For pre-order items, please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for production and shipping.

Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an error was made on our part (e.g., incorrect item, size, or defect).
Customs
All customers outside of the Canada are responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be charged by their country for import.
We recommend looking up your country’s policies before purchasing so you are aware of any potential fees, duties, or taxes.
For US customers DDP (delivery duties paid) will be charged at checkout due to recent tariff policies. This will ensure smooth delivery without any additional fees. This will last until further notice
