  • Do you ship worldwide?

    • We ship to Canada, US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Spain. Australia

    • International shipments may encounter customs duty fees when they enter the destination country. Local customs inspect packages randomly during clearance, and only those that are selected may require tariffs. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations of the country being shipped to.  There are different import procedures determined by the customs laws in the destination country. The customer will be responsible for any customs duty fees if applicable.

  • How long does it take for orders to ship?

    • For Items that are pre-order, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for the items to produced and shipped.

    • If you have not received a shipping email after that time period please contact us.

  • Can I return my purchase?

    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL

    • We will only consider returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received. 

    • Please check out our sizing guides to make sure the product you're ordering will fit.

  • What do I do if I submitted my order with an incorrect address?

    • We may be able to adjust and correct the mistake if you reach out to us within 24 hours of submitting your order. Please contact us immediately if any mistakes were made when submitting the order.​

    • If your package has been shipped, please contact your local carrier and request that they update the address.

  • What happens if my package says it was delivered but hasn't arrived?

    • Contact us confirming that the address provided with your order is correct. 

    • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact your local carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.
